By accessing or using instaCards (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
instaCards is an AI-powered content creation tool that generates personalised cards and social media posts, including images and captions, using artificial intelligence.
3. Account Registration
You may use certain features without an account. To access paid features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use instaCards to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Credits purchased as top-ups never expire. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by instaCards is produced by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or sharing it.
7. Intellectual Property
You own the content you generate using instaCards. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to generate outputs. We retain ownership of the instaCards platform, brand, and underlying technology.
8. Limitation of Liability
instaCards is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active users of material changes by email.
