- Account information: email address and password (hashed) when you sign up
- Content inputs: prompts, names, messages you provide to generate content
- Generated content: images and captions created using the Service (stored in your Library if you save them)
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers
- Usage data: how you interact with the Service, for improving it
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send important account and service emails
- To enforce our Terms of Service
3. Third-Party Services
instaCards uses the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Supabase: database and authentication
- Google AI (Gemini): AI caption and prompt generation
- fal.ai: AI image generation
- Stripe: payment processing
- Vercel: hosting and deployment
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. Generated images you choose to save are stored in Supabase Storage. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data by contacting us. Saved images in your Library are deleted when you remove them or close your account.
6. Your Rights

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
instaCards is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
